Job opportunity for a Property Managing Assistant


We are currently looking for a responsible individual to fill the role of Property Managing Assistant. This role will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at an assigned property.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between tenants and property owner

  • Advertise units and negotiate lease terms

  • Perform tenant screenings

  • Obtain approval from property owner before confirming acceptance of occupancy

  • Discuss the rules of occupancy with tenants and enforce them

  • Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner

  • Maintain the property by keeping all premises clean & tidy and in good repair

  • Ensure a safe occupancy for all tenants.

  • Address tenants’ needs and complaints

  • Perform lawn maintenance, snow removal and garbage management.

  • Arrange any necessary service appointments with appropriate service providers

  • Coordinate any matters of concern or report any issues to the property owner

  • Be abreast with the knowledge of landlord-tenant laws in order to perform duties effectively
